Preventative treatment

If dental plaque is not cleaned properly or regularly, it becomes tartar. You can’t brush this away yourself. Tartar is removed with a hook or with a device that vibrates the tartar loose. Any unwanted scale is also removed. Preventive oral care treatment will give you a pleasant and fresh mouthfeel and beautifully smooth teeth.

By removing plaque and tartar, the chance of gum inflammation is much smaller. After the prevention appointment, we will provide you with instructions so that you can keep your teeth clean yourself.
